第三屆國際武學研討會將延續「劍之道:中國與意大利的武士文化」的主題,提供一個交流平台予國際學者及研究人員相互就武學及中歐刀劍武術進行一次深入探討。是次研討將會是首個匯聚海外及中國內地頂尖武學學者及武術專家的國際交流平台,更邀請到中華武學的權威馬明達教授、馬廉禎教授、著名當代鑄劍師胡小軍先生、意大利文藝復興武學專家兼古典兵器及書籍收藏家Roberto Gotti先生,以及歐洲著名武學學者Daniel Jaquet博士等。

研討會將圍繞四大主題進行探索及思辨︰
(一) 中國及歐洲刀劍文化的歷史及發展、
(二) 刀劍武藝的著作和知識傳播、
(三) 古代刀劍的物質文化及
(四) 古典刀劍武藝的傳承和復興。

研討會將以英文進行。
